Roasted cabbage – my new love… A bit like an unbattered onion ring

I’ve been Roasting Cauliflower, Romanesco and Mushrooms for a while now, this was my first shot at Cabbage. It turned out beautifully. Seems the secret is to roast for a bit at 450F and then use convection to get the browning. Here’s the recipe I adapted. Instead of wedges I did slices. You can also do thick ribbons.
